Underrated? No. Everyone knows it's broken overpowered so nobody uses it cuz it would make pking 1v1 unbearably bad. P necks are for multi teams not for 1v1s sadge game seeing ragger rats using them in 1v1s. You may as well have every single fight in PvP world be with protection prayers the entire time. It's exactly that cheesy, and I'm not understating that in the slightest. If you start seeing people wearing pnecks in 1v1s regularly PvP world's are gonna take a steep nosedive and it's already pretty dead as is #sadscape
