Thank you for the video. I'm having a hard time figuring out how to make my peppermint mocha. I tried using one espresso, and ran it through the machine then I used the frother twice bc it didn't seem like a big enough cup and added my peppermint syrup and chocolate syrup.
When it comes to the instructions sparse is the operative word. They make no mention of that plastic piece (the scraper). They do tell you not to use a metal spoon, so I concluded that was its purpose. I'm glad I was able to watch your video to confirm.
Ours didn't last very long until it just stopped working. I suspect the switch in the base, but couldn't see if the power was getting to the actual frother. In any case, it didn't last very long - only a couple dozen uses.
Great. Only change is that it's sometimes a little more noisy than it was. I used it daily during the winter, a little less now that it's summer and I'm drinking iced coffee.

My second hand frother lasted three times. The third time it stopped spinning. Still heats up but don't know why the whisk doesn't spin.

Does it say how much cappuccinos it can make at once? Also, just in case, yes I do mean the milk, I know it doesn't brew the coffee.
It's single serve. Doesn't make a ton of froth.

Yep it still works though I don't use it as often as I did the first 6 months.
