He isn’t "playing" anything even remotely close to the part you hear. Sometimes when he's used harp in his videos he is even holding the harp correctly and instead has it backwards. Also, that isn't even a decent faking of proper harp technique so to answer this question: Yes there is at least one instrument he can't play, the harp.
