+Chyane Naraskivitch I think so. When I went to this concert there was alot of younger kids in attendance. Like younger than 16. He's spitting some real stuff, I don't even remember hearing profanity in his lyrics

Its rap, they all usually have a backtrack to go with it. I will admit he does just fine without it, but with no hype man on stage to help him out this is still good

There are certain parts on the track to allow him to take breaths. This is normal for most artists. So the whole thing isn't a backtrack, only certain select parts.
Usually in songs it's done using stereo sound to emphasize parts of a song and live on stage most bigger rappers have a second support on stage for that. A big example is Eminem who used to have Proof often on stage as a second support.
