If I mistime my SD he’ll 2H me or if he has 3 bars he’ll level 3 me. does it at weird angles and timings as well sometimes

bad angle, hikari doesn't make it predictable, lv3 on deck etc
If you wanna learn some vegito pressure there are some decent guides on it
If banshee gets sd it can be cancelled into raw lv3
