    I silently laughed when you said let´s see how to remove the sensors . All kidding aside , I have never swapped or had 3 sensors fail at the same time . Good that your client has parts on hand .

    Great job, and I hope I can fix my problem . My landrover is moody and sometimes won't crank, and radio + ac and heat don't work .parking sensor flashing

    I've had to do the the same job on my Volvo XC90 and the rear bumper has to be removed to get to the sensors like on the Disco 3. I had a faulty sensor. The one I bought on Amazon was the wrong part so I ended up getting a used genuine Volvo sensor on eBay and it fixed the problem.

    Super easy fix. Turn it on and put your ear up to each and you will hear a ticking sound from each beeper. If you don't hear anything that is the bad one.

      That's another way...
      The only issue with some systems, is that if is detected that one sensor is faulty, the whole system is disabled... stopping activating the remaining good ones...
      But yes, loads of systems you can do it that way...

    Im new to range rovers and the one I've bought has parking sensor light flashing. How much does it cost for replacement sensors?

    • @LMAutoRepairs
      @LMAutoRepairs  Před 11 dny

      Depends on how many sensors need replacing, where you buy them from, and who does it...
      Also, even though the sensors are the most common failure, you need to investigate first, in case it is something else...

    Hi, I had parking aid unavailable. Faults were all 4 back sensors (one of them said historic the others said intermittent). Replaced the historic, sensor that seemed to be playing up. Problem still remains. Scanned again, now says a different sensor and control module. Wiring on one sensor looks frayed. Replace wiring look next?

    • @LMAutoRepairs

    Hello, i have a similar problem, my sensors do not work in range rover sport 2009, they do not click and do not come on when reverse or button is on, moreover light on the button is still on and button do not react.
    I cannot connect it via the diagnostic equipment, computer just do not show this module for cumminicate.
    Can you help ?

    • @LMAutoRepairs
      @LMAutoRepairs  Před 2 lety

      Check fuses to start with...
      If all good, check powers and grounds at the module... then communication lines...
      👍👍👍

    • @mmario8423
      @mmario8423 Před 2 lety +1

      @@LMAutoRepairs all of these has been already checked, can lines at the module are 2.9V, other are 12V and ground is also good, i have checked it on 2 modules

    • @LMAutoRepairs
      @LMAutoRepairs  Před 2 lety

      OK...
      The voltage at the CAN lines can be deceiving... scope would be better... if you have power and grounds, and communication lines are good at the module, that leaves a bad module as the issue...
