Apartment 3 most definitely. I like the studio, but I did not like the size of the bed as it is for two people. I think if ya'll got a bigger bed for the studio bedroom I would love it. But, APT 3 is definitely a winner!
I think all apartments were nice but I think you should go with the first one because it was bigger and even though it wasnt furnished just think about if you had it and you can furnish it to your own style and with your own vibes like I swear it would look nice asf💯

A place with so many immenities has inventory. So, rental payments shouldn’t really be a problem. But you might deal with a lot of issues like noise complaints or curfews by management trying to take you to court just to maintain the quality of the place.
