  • Relax as I show you my modest collection of diecast toy cars as well as my son's NASCAR diecast car collection.
    My videos are best enjoyed using headphones or earbuds.
    The videos on my CZcams channel portray some of the typical day-to-day activities that I do for relaxation. This video was produced with relaxation in mind and hopefully has some ASMR qualities. Too much stress is harmful to your well-being and in today’s fast-paced world, stress management is more important than ever, and so I hope this ASMR video acts as a stress reliever for those watching and a sleep-aid for anyone having a difficult time falling asleep.
    If you enjoy my videos and feel like you get something of value from them, you might consider becoming an official “patron” of my channel over at my Patreon page. Your patronage makes it possible for me to obtain the technology and other resources needed for improving this channel. Check it out at the link below:

    Hello Sir. Your car collection is brilliant. I love display cars that sit on a table or shelf. In my living room ive got a 1:18 scale Audi R8 that sits under my big TV on a glass stand and the stand which the tv sits on has a spot light that displays the R8. Ive also got another glass stand display unit that sits across the living room and on that I have a 1:18 Bentley Arnage in British racing Green, a 1:18 Range Rover vogue year 2013 onwards shape, a 1:18 Ferrari 458 in ofcourse red, a 1:18 Mk 2 Jaguar burgundy colour. Having spot lights on them shows them of gr8 and even during the day the spotlights on look 👌. Ive also got a collection of motor racing F1 cars from the 80s and 90s. Williams, McClaren and ferrari. When I say 2 my girlfriend im getting another display car, she usually rolls her eyes lol . Girlfriends don't understand 🙄🤣

    Do you remember decades ago when Coke was printing pictures on the inside of coke bottle caps? I think if you got every single picture you won some sort of goofy prize. This was in the early 60s. I know what you mean about spending. In my life I've been a coin collector, stamp collector, rock & mineral collector, wood (type) collector. I'm one of those born artist so since I'm now 65 I have so much art around I don't have a lot of room for collecting things because my art is collecting to a pretty great extent. Haha it's time for me to find a new gallery.
    And if you have any interest and doing an ASMR video on video cameras, CZcams video how to, etc. that would be just great because it's time for me to get my CZcams artwork channel up and running. And I'm thinking maybe other of your subscribers might be interested. Well I was your subscriber. I think I have to re-subscribe because I had to get a new debit card 🐱

      Little Canon Vixia camcorder. I hate it. Can't use autofocus because the microphone (built-in, or external) picks up the electronic noises of the autofocus system. Camcorders of this nature also need way more light that just the ones on the ceiling so I supplement with lamps. Thinking about changing cameras.

    @jesser5127 Před 5 lety

    I'm a 36 year old guy with pretty bad sleep issues and we suspect it has been happening since my pre-teen years. I likely have a condition called UARS, which has caused me to be tired every day for a good 20+ years for seemingly no reason and not getting very good rest. I should get my treatment machine (CPAP) soon and it will be interesting to see how different my ASMR experience will be after treatment compared to before. My body in general is much more sensitive, reflexes are overactive, etc., due to the severe lack of sleep. I'm curious if I'll keep the same level of ASMR experience. Particularly things like brushes, whispers and camera panning gives me severe tingles that run down my head, neck and upper back. Sometimes I even get light nerve "pains" in alternating sides (usually my left) very briefly as a response to the ASMR tingles trickling down. I guess my ASMR is kind of on steroids for virtually everything that I watch. I have always loved your videos and have watched since way back when you were just getting started on youtube. I remember the first few videos that you made. You are very organized for virtually everything, always have everything labeled and in its place, etc. Your ASMR is also more gentle and kind of sentimental in a way, which is unique from most of the other ASMRtists. I would imagine that in the future I'll see you eventually climb to hundreds of thousands of subscribers and hopefully beyond that.
    Scale models have always confused me. I know that if a car in real life is 12 feet long, for instance...1:12 should be 1 foot long in size. When it gets down to stuff like 1:43 and such, it can be quite confusing. I guess it goes by length only for scale size? My grandfather was a big fan of Dale Earnhardt and when he passed in the early 90's, I got a lot of it as his grandkid. It isn't really "worth" much of anything new and in the package (already looked it up), but I know that it was his. I guess a part of me just can't understand how people can sit and watch a car go around a circular track for 500 times. I do like car shows, race cars, etc. I guess I just don't have the patience for NASCAR in particular. lol

    • @RelaxingASMR
      @RelaxingASMR  Před 5 lety +1

      Painful ASMR? Ouch. Maybe you won't be so sensitive once you start treatment. As for NASCAR, the biggest fans are generally not fans simply because of the spectacle of dozens of cars blasting by at 200 miles per hour...only inches apart. There's a lot more to it, mainly behind the scenes stuff and the real fans follow it all. But I hear ya. My interest faded over time.

      Monte Carlos in their final years were inexpensive front wheel drive sports cars. SS trim level came with a supercharged v6 or a 5.3l v8 depending on the year. Base model was a n/a v6.
