I used to do one that was SUPER loud but awkward to do. You touch the tips of your thumbs together and then turn them towards your mouth thumbnail side up. Put them in your mouth in such a way that they roll back the tip of your tongue like she shows here. Then raise your elbows. (See a little awkward and takes up more space when you are in a crowd. ) Then blow to learn Then blow Hard with slight adjustments and you’ll whistle louder than anyone around you. It’s easier to get the pitch and volume because you are dealing with two similar objects (two thumbs) as opposed to a finger and a thumb.
It so nostalgic because when I was kids playing with my friends, my dad always call me to back home with finger whistle. All my friends know when they heard whistle it is my dad calling me😂

That was the quietest finger whistle I’ve ever heard, I can do it with all the fingers with different pitches of sound. The key is the firmness of your contact with the tongue and the force of exhalation
This can be the most effective and loudest whistle if you can do it well. I encourage those to practise because I've had situations where I've needed people's attention from hundreds of metres away and it worked. What hasn't worked is getting my kids to practise it.

When I whistle more than performance that was whistled to people watch me only.. not that I learnt it from this video I learnt this when I was 9 or 10 years old and respect to you madam 😊

It's actually dangerous. It can reach over 130dB and cause instant hearing damage if done next to someone's ear.
