What is Love was EXOs pre debut mv in 2012 along with History. I wish it was considered their official debut, but SM never confirmed it as their official debut only previews. MAMA ended up being EXO's official debut mv. They killed it with the R&B vibe tho and the falsetto nearly had me dying. This was the song I knew right away before debut Do Kyungsoo aka D.O. was going to be my main bias. Kai on the other hand became my bias wrecker after the wolf mv a year later. 😭✊❤❤

Omg I agree with you, RNB/SLOW JAM EXO is the best. Songs like : What If, December 2014, One and Only, Christmas Day, It's Still A Dark Night (cover), Moonlight, Stronger........ alot of us overlook these masterpieces. But tbh its what sets EXO apart from other groups I like, EXO does this style so well. Also in a way that makes you admire them. SM in general are great at rnb genre.

Dominic (😂) is honestly one of my favorite vocalists, in and out of kpop, because of his ability to be so versatile within different genres and vocal styles. He is incredible and the fact that his voice is so smooth just makes it that much better to me.

Thank you for appreciating EXO vocals, they are truly underrated. Just want to share that this is pre-"debut". And as much as the song itself is amazing, this MV (that seems like it doesn't relate to the song) is equally amazing. This MV laid the foundations for EXO's concept, that they are beings with superpowers from EXOPLANET. The MV shows them with their superpowers, Chanyeol locating clues about their other members, example Lay (Unicorn), Luhan and Sehun driving around to find their other members, Tao fighting someone (the bad guys after their powers), and the eclipse. In the MAMA MV (their official debut song), the story continues and explains why they got separated, and what will happen in the future. This story that has been going on for 9 years in all their interconnected MVS is just min blowing for me and I want to spread the word about it. It is one of EXOs appeals for me. ^^
