- This episode features figure painting, along with adding finishing touches to the ISU 152 using oil paint & pigments. And as a final step, I add the impacts to the gun barrel as shown in the reference photo.

Figures can’t live with them and you can’t live without them!
Don't you know it!!!! Hope you are enjoying your summer. All the best, Glenn.
Just a fantastic job Rick. Can’t wait to see what else you have in store.
Thank you! I always look forward to you checking in.
Fantastic job!
Thank you very much!
Great update Rick & those figures look smart too! 🙂👌
Thank you kindly. Getting there, slowly...... Take care, my friend.
Another enjoyable, informative video Rick....keep em coming !!!
Thank you, Gary
Brilliant as always. 👍🏻
Thank you! Cheers!
Every video is better than previous, love this beast, tons of knowledge in each minute, many thanks, Rick!!!
Wow, thanks! I really appreciate you taking the time to watch and give your comments.
Thanks Rick, it all looks such an easy process, painting the figures and the damage to the gun tube but boy, doesn't it look realistic!🙂
Hey Vincent. Thanks for the compliments. And that is my hope, that by showing what I do which is really nothing very complicated, will help and inspire others in their work.
@@RickLawlerPropaganda absolutely my friend😀
Really super cool thank you
Glad you like it
Really great video… thanks Rick
Glad you enjoyed it
I got say, your videos are very enjoyable and entertaining to watch. Your commentary is great and I enjoy that you share your ups and downs and learning experience with us, as it helps us learn as well. Keep up the work!!
I appreciate that! Thank you very much.
I second this.
Enjoyed watching this one earlier and happy to watch again and leave some extra comments and likes for the algorithm. The figures, the statue, and the ISU are really going to look great together. I love the harsh contrast between the crew member and the civilian. The crew member celebrating the victory and perhaps excited to start the journey back to his homeland. And the civilian with everything he owns in a baby cart (but with no baby) surrounded by the complete destruction of his home.
Chris, and the final bit of irony of the finished scene (cat out of the bag) is the stare down between the Russian and Frederick...who won? You may have won this battle, but who will win the (Cold) war?
@@RickLawlerPropaganda Nice! I hadn't even thought of that. Such great imagery! :D really love the concept for this scene and the generations of world/military history it tells.
Looks really nice. I must learn how to drybrush - I never can do this correctly. All the best for You! ;)
Thank you! Cheers!
And your best vid yet imho
thanks again!!!!!
Yo Rick!!
Been watching your videos for sometime now!!
Just saw your video for AK!!!
That’s awesome!!!
Will you let us know where to give classes??
Hi Bill. Thanks for following along and watching the videos...much appreciated. As for classes and such, that really just depends upon the invites that I receive. For instance I have been invited to Germany next week for a short session, but beyond that I have nothing on my calendar. If something does come, I will be sure to make it known.
I find I have to be careful with adding graphite as it genuinely excites me when I see that dark grey glint I can easily get carried away. Great stuff Rick!
Same here! it's like chipping...!!!! NO CONTROL!!!! LOL. Thanks, buddy.
wow surprised to come across your channel Rick! Just brilliant! You and Nightshift kick ass! YT is full of mediocre modelling channels, pretty cool to have you here showing off your skills!
Thank you. Very high compliment, indeed. I'm glad that you found me, and are enjoying the videos. Take care.
