I started playing football in 1995 as an 8 year old in Australia didn't enjoy it
20 years later I joined a team in South London became really good scored 38 goals in 51 games Came back to Australia and haven't had the best success I'm turning 35 in January and still pursuing somewhat of a career

This video came up at just about the right time for me.
I used to play at an unimportant u19 team until the coach of a bundesliga u19 team noticed my talents and invited me to play for him. So i made it from the lowest division to the highest, but never really understood how talented i really was and i was to stupid to see that i‘d have to work hard to make it.
So, i ended up not playing much in the bundesliga, played 5th division at several men‘s football clubs at a young age with several injuries i decided to stop playing at the age of 22. until just recently i decided to work my ass off and train as hard as i can and prove myself how far i could‘ve gotten if i had someone to guide me at a young age or if i was smart enough to overcome those obstacles by myself.
I think it‘s never too late, this video proves that. Thanks!

So many things I've discovered can make us be active for longer even when we're old.
1. A good diet(low bodyfat percentage avoiding junks as much as possible)
2. Good recovery time(sleep regularly ≥7hrs night sleep)
3. Hardwork(train very well,improve your techniques,learn from your mistake,go to the gym or at home,workout build muscle,get stronger because this reduces injuries and makes you age less)
Also don’t injured yourself by looking for a foul that’s what a lot of players do that’s why we see horrific injuries
I don’t think that a lower body fat percentage than 12-15% will have any reasonable and perceiveable advantages. If anything a too low body fat percentage could lead to severe physical health problems.

I wish to be good at soccer. I didn’t like sports from a young age. I started playing soccer with a small group when I was nearly 22. I’m trying hard to master control but I’m struggling to start dribbling 1v1. I hope it’s not too late to get good but i only want to play soccer as a hobby

@@rahatahmed6188 20 is still sort young. He can do it. If he gets signed to lower division team, he could build from there and get into the bigger leagues. Players have done that. Toni of Italy. Some guy from Brazil made it to the Milan at 30 something. It’s still possible. I get what you are saying but the odds are not that bad.
