WOW, what a song, 'Salma Pe Dil Aa Gaya'.... Look at the feeling our Amitda has generated when singing the line, 'Main Hoon Yaa Nahi, TERI KAHANI Mein'... Here, the highlight is the word, TERI KAHANI... In that word, Amitda expressed the sadness that may come out of disappointment, so beautifully... No singer thinks like this... No singer studies a song like this... No one tries to convey the poetry the way Amitda does it so beautifully... And this is the MAIN part in singing, which I am sure he learned from his great father Kishoreda... Kishoreda's main focus was to convey emotions; less of gayaki and all... And This is why both father and son are completely different from all other lot. Hats off!! Great song share, Samitdada!

I personally think Amit Kumar ji should sing full songs. Back in 90's if Amit Kumar n Kumar Sanu both would have used equally n Udit too we would have got more better songs. I feel Amit kumar is way legendary than Kumar Sanu n Udit Narayan!. But due to his innocent nature he failed to rule in cruel bollywood industry where lobbying n groupism is prevailing!.
Earlier I think it was only sang by Uditji, now I found Sanu and Amit ji also sang this song,very tuff to decide by hearing but for me Amit Kumar best

Amit Kumar is legendary singer like his father Kishore Kumar multi talented person but due to not being in lobby n groupism he failed to rule Bollywood while one who imitated Kishore Kumar like Kumar Sanu who was in lobby tasted the cake . I feel bad for Amit kumar ji for not getting enough songs in industry unlike clone singer singing dozen of songs. This shows how bollywood is scrap ! From 90's itself after Kishore Kumar death !.
Amit Kumar Ruled in Bollywood From 1976 To 1996...Amit kumar never failed in singing .he Ruled early 90s Also but After 1995 Amit kumar Faced dirty politics by sanu , music comapany.. otherwise he Ruled in whole 90s & 2000 also..Amit da Ruled in 2 decades while his voice was very good in 90s & 2000 also so if sanu & music company would not have done politics with Amit da then he Ruled in 90s & 2000 also just like in 70s & 80s...Amit da was a successfull Legend singer continiously till 2 decades in 70s & 80s but then sanu stole his most of the Hif Songs by Dirty politics...thats why he fid not get more nice hit songs from 1995
@@neerajmishra3395 yup that's what happened Udit , Shanu n Alka ,Anuradha were in one lobby n group even Asha Bhosale too for that matter. She should had supported Amit kumar. But she didn't even supported RD Burman . I think after death of RD Burman Amit kumar was left alone in industry so he couldn't catch up n he was sidelined by music companies bcoz he was son of Kishore Kumar. Kishore Kumar ka ghussa Amit kumar pe nikala tha . They did it purposely bcoz they found a clone like sanu, Vinod Rathod, Babul Supriyo . But clones were kicked out after 2004 bringing new more singers. If Amit kumar would be in lobby I think scenario would be different. But he is son of lion why will he go with Donkeys n Monkeys. After early 90's he was hardly given any songs !. Two or three . It's music industry after 1987!. Maybe they didn't wanted son of bigger legends to rule like them(legends) so they brought outsiders n clones!
@@hrishikeshsinht6682 I think he sang many Hit songs till 1993 but From 1994 he got very Less Songs..even kalyanji anand ji who were close friends of kishore da but they gave kedarnath bhattacharya a fake name kumar sanu & gave songs of amitabh's jaafoogar film in 1987..why they did not cast amit ..his voice was also similar to kishore da but they presented sanu as kishore voice for amitabh...From 1987 to 1994 also amit sang many hit songs for salman , Aamir , Srk , Anil kapoor , Govinda , Sanjay , Sunny , Mithun & Amitabh etc but inspite of giving Hit songs From 1994 he got very less songs but he sang some hit songs till 1999 & from 2000 to 2013 but very Less few songs..Sanu stole his many songs in 90s....but some music companies , producer vidhu vinod etc & other singers also did politics with amit da & Ignored him..U know Page 3 Film's Music CD there is no Photo & name of Amit da but other singers photo name was in CD like asha ji , Lata ji , Shaan etc inspite of amit da's one Hit song in film , music companies also did dirty politics & ignored Amit da many times many songs they recorded by amit da then they re recorded by other singers & put other singers voice of films like Fight club where he sang solo song so nice in composition of Adnan sami but they Re Recorded by Shaan & shreya which was not as good as amit da solo song but still they removed Amit da song..same politics mika singh also did with amit da wen Amit da song dekha jo Tujhey yaar was superhit then mika Re recorded this song in his voice but luckily amit da song become far bigger hit than Mika..
@@neerajmishra3395 I agree all your points man even legends like Asha, Lata didn't support Amit kumar who were close to Kishore Kumar. Kalyanji anandji did it purposely bcoz Kishore Kumar switched to RD Burman n Bappi Lahiri maybe. Only Anand Milind, RD Burman, Bappi Lahiri supported Amit Kumar n Laxmikant Pyarelal too. I think everyone was jealous of Kishore Kumar so they targeted him solely all . But still Amit kumar could have contacted someone influencing person from industry it's my assumption. All were sidelined Amit kumar,RD Burman, Anand Milind, Viju Shah etc. Even Nadeem Shravan whom first hit in 1981 was given by Amit Kumar but they preferred kumar Sanu. They all were jealous of Kishore Kumar supremacy so they troubled his son !. It doesn't matter Amit kumar is still legend with few songs no one asks Kumar Sanu much!. We know his nasal poor voice now!.

Amit kumar featured in both versions and had few lines and sang very well, the comparisons should be made between KS and Udit because their lines are same. In my opinion Udit is the winner.
