Now I understood the project and also why so many piles of sand.
What are the people looking for in the water, crayfish?
How long did it take to finish this project. Where does the sand come from?
You are doing a great job with the videos covering several different mini-projects.

They’re looking for fish. This project took around 3-4 months to finish(just completed all the filling yesterday) and the sand was transported from the river.

The excavators take the mud to the top to dry it until the mud dried, and use the trucks transport it to pour to another place. So the mud won’t spill on the roads.

They used the excavators to transport this black mud to the top to dry it until the mud dried and the trucks would transport it out of there, so the mud wouldn't spill on the road while transporting it to another place.

watching them scoop the black goop and move it to another spot makes no sense.. seems like a waste of time and energy.
