@@mishraanm3778 The thing is, no. of vacancy is very less, yes you are right that ssb treats everyone equally but ex service men and govt. officers they have already cleared upsc interview and this interview is not difficult for them as they have an experience and they have might given ssb earlier so for a civil person to crack it is nearly impossible.
Ssb or any physical test? Coz army usually takes it.
