ASMR FAST & AGGRESSIVE MAKESHIFT EARPLAY with a plastic lid (No Talking)

How are you, guys? :) It's been a boring week for me. The only bright side is I got back to working out in January after months of rest due to being sick and, admittedly, I really miss the high that workout gives me. My body might be sore, but at least I have a distraction from my own damn thoughts. And the funny thing is, I don't go to the gym so I don't really have proper guidance on my form when working out, and recently I've been binge watching Squat University's videos, and what do I find out?? Well, let's just say that my form is all wack. For years. And now I feel like I'm back to zero. All pain, no gains. So that's what I have now.
Anyway, for this video, I did a fast and aggressive ear play with a makeshift "ear" (a plastic lid LOL.) I wish I can do actual ear play with a proper ear mic but this'll do for now. I hope you still enjoy it. Have a relaxing sleep and tingles!
