Jason Markk Cleaning Series - Episode 03: Cleaning Suede

For the third installment of our 'Cleaning Series' with Jason Markk, we'll be giving you a step by step guide of how to clean and take care of suede shoes.
Starting off with the suede brush and the crepe rubber to dry brush the shoe, Morgan and Geoffrey deep clean the shoe step by step, and finish things off by bringing the nap back up once the shoe has dried.

This was the best suede cleaning video I’ve seen. It got straight to the point and I really appreciated the explanations for why each step worked. The bit about suede being a pigment dyed material was especially interesting.

thanks for this. this actually helped me clean some stains (that cant be removed by suede eraser) on my cactus jack 4s with jason markk. was afraid using water will ruin the blue suede. followed your tips here and it helped (also made sure to try it in a small spot first before cleaning the rest of the shoe)
