The reason you are successful is because you have a personality and great products to look at. The universe is giving back Ira, so happy to see that! I don't use placeholders right now since I've just started but I'll have the 100 envelope challenge done in a couple months so can see the use of placeholders as it is a LOT of money hanging around the house.
How long have you been doing the 100 envelope challenge? I just started and was curious how long it was taking others to complete it. 🎉
@@indiakxoxo i started a month ago. We paid off our house in 2023 and truck recently so I was able use 900 mo put toward saving challenges. The snowball method works.

Hi Ira! I did the 100 envelope challenge using $100 in each one. I loved putting those $100 in the envelopes! It gave me great joy to finish it. I have not unstuffed it yet, but I will soon! 🌸
Using placeholders is an interesting concept I hadn't come across. I do most of my financial stuff digitally, and I sort of need to because where we live, we can't easily access a cash machine. But I also find digital software a pain to manage - this looks more fun! Maybe this would be a good happy medium 💮
I.m saving up for some items at the moment, but I like the thought of cash and placeholders. When the amount in my binders start to make nervous , I would like placeholders for security and so I'm not tempted to spend. I also cheat a little. Shhh. My keyboard is acting up! You are getting the reward for lovely product and being such a kind, personable fella, bestie.
Congratulations on such a successful month, it was well deserved 100% 🌺 I have been stuffing for a couple of years with a few resets lol. What I have discovered about myself is that I still need to see, and feel the cash. The minute it hits my accounts I feel like I have failed as my books are thin and then I find myself in a bit of a tailspin with spending. So I have a higher level of money to keep in the envelopes before I bring out those lovely placeholders. FYI, I would totally love placeholders to match the Christmas Advent items if you find yourself lacking for projects, Bwahahahahahaha. Thank you again for brighting my week and showing me it can be done.

I like to use cash, but use placeholders on my channel when I get to $1000 but it def feels good stuffing a large prop note!! Got my $10k tax cash stuffing to film now!! Eeee🎉

In a future video, I would like to understand the premium bond situation -- are you getting a good interest rate (I guess you are since you are using but we don't have it in US). Again, so happy it was a good month 💮💮💮
I spoke about premium bonds in aprevios video. they don't actually gain any interest, but you can win bonuses which works well for me in my situation because I'll be holding this money temporarily. I could potentially win more than I would get in interest so I THINK it'll work out better for me!

I love placeholders but it doesn’t feel the same to me. I love placeholders because it gives me security that I don’t have a ton of money in my binders but also when I stuff them it doesn’t feel the same as cash. 🌸

I don't use real money at all. Too much anxiety from how dirty money is, snobby tellers and being in public with a wallet of cash. Plus unpleasant childhood memories of losing cash after a wash (either the linen money didn't do well or from the person doing my laundry. So I use homemade proxy money which unlocks my crafty side. Now saving money is creating happy memories 🎉 🌸🌸
