That place of waiting is key! I waited 2years 21-23 before I got approved note I was already rejected in 2018 but God is faithful and all thanks be to him.🙏🏿 Congratulations I see you're enjoying your experience.

Hello my dear can you help me here I received my biometric letter if I enter IRCC number to book appointment for biometric Collection it indicates that the IRCC number is already use which I didn’t use still I can’t book appointment
GENG!!! 🇨🇦❣️ Canada visa waiting did me strong thing. I was to travel September 2019 for school and it arrived in November. I was so frustrated. Then I had to defer to the next year which was the pandemic 😅 Nobody to call, no way to rush it… people will be telling you as if they know a special way (some agencies scam people who want to hurry). But PATIENCE is a virtue. It’s so when you reach Canada you will behave yourself 😂

I put together my sister’s application and we waited 6months. I was so frustrated because my brother’s application took less than 2months. I thought I had missed a document or something but what I learnt is everybody’s application is different so don’t use another person’s timeline as your timeline. Patient is virtue.
She had to defer her admission to fall and we informed IRCC of every new development. Her application was approved in February eventually.
True!! Everyone’s timeline is different, largely dependent on the case officers the documents were assigned to

OMG!!! 3 whole years. Must have been mentally draining. US is the leader of visa delay. Many spouses are living separately cos of this. It’s crazyyy

As an immigration consultant in Edmonton, Alberta with over 1,500 members in my telegram immigration group, with a experience I will say a good Letter of explanation determines whether Ur study permit application will be granted or not, I end up rearranging most of my students' letters.

It's not easy as each person journey lts different some can get in10days or less than than 10 days, while others can wait for long period with rejections,but l believe each person time is the best, wishing you all good time in Canada.

Thanks for the well detailed video! For the medicals, did you get notified when the clinic uploaded your results to IRCC? Did you wait to confirm that they have uploaded before submitting your application? I was given a slip at the hospital to submit with my application to show that I have done upfront medical.

1. Is study visa fee separate from the biometrics fee (i.e study visa for 150CAD and biometrics for 85CAD) Or is the biometrics fee of 85CAD inside the visa fee?
2. Are both to be paid on IRCC website?
3. Please where is the biometrics centre in Abuja or Lagos?

I submitted my Study Permit application on 21st April
Got a Biometric Collection letter on 22th April and gave my Biometrics on 25th April. The Biometrics was updated in my portal on 27th April.
I got my Medical Request Letter on 19th May and did my Medicals on 20th May.
How long (approximately) will it take for IRCC to update my medical results in my portal?
