I agree with the great relationship part as we already have that there with the UK, but we should always let the people in the north self determine, I know all of the bitter history there, but if they don't want to have to leave the UK to unify then I'd rather they stayed part of the UK. Also if I'm being totally honest, I'd rather Ireland was allied with the UK rather than with the EU, if we were going to sell our independence and autonomy out, then why not go the whole hog and become The United kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland then the country can reunite and we'd probably be better off with them, than the stupid corrupt inept EU since our biggest trade partner is the UK, biggest tourist industry is from the UK and most Irish people have ties to people in the UK either through marriage or friends. Too much bitter and bloody history is there with the UK and it's our shared history whether you like it or not it makes us brothers with them in a way and apart from the Queen as head of state which I'd never want, I'd prefer to ally with the UK rather than the EU, Scotland, Wales and Northern Irish self govern so it wouldn't be hard to do and we could have a Irish currency back just not with the queen on it but it would still be a Irish pound and equivalent with the British one

Undoubtedly the best limited overs team currently, in last 3 years so much has changed, England was no way near any other top 6 cricketing nation in WC15 and Australia looked so strong now no other nation is anywhere near England's batting powerhouse (Except India) and Australia on the other hand is facing their worst time in cricket
