This banana split nice cream is vegan and has no added sugar as long as you use very ripe bananas. It adds pineapple, strawberries, and a little cocoa powder.

If you haven't heard about nice cream before, it's a vegan ice cream with a fruit base. It has no fat or added sugar (unless you use bananas that aren't ripe enough).
If your bananas are not ripe enough, add some date syrup or maple syrup. How will you know? Taste it before you freeze it! This is a rule for making any recipes in your Ninja Creami Ice Cream Maker.
What you need to make Vegan Ninja Creami Banana Split Ice Cream:
    3/4 cup mashed ripe bananas
    3/4 cup mashed strawberries
1/4 cup crushed pineapple and juice
1 tablespoon cocoa, or cacoa powder to taste - may need to use less
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    sweetener to taste, if needed
plain unsweetened non-dairy milk, if needed to fill the container to the max line
You don't even need to blend this - just mash the fruit together in your Ninja Creami pint with the vanilla and mix in enough non-dairy milk to reach the max fill line, and mix again Make sure all the fruit is submerged in the milk.
Freeze 24 hours on a flat surface, then spin on the smoothie or light ice cream setting.

Absolutely love my Creami deluxe. It came yesterday😁. After watching your videos i was convinced i did need it to help me on my journey. I don’t find it too noisy, but i do have it on a rubber mat so maybe that helps. I am Vegan so having you in my corner certainly helps. Already joined your classes and got the Ninja extreme cook book💕. I am so thankful for your videos and helping everyone with your calming voice and excellent recipes, thank you so much💝

Ooooo I am going to buy one of these today - new to plant based and finding lots of things easy to give up except some dairy - this is going to help! Also, I have been making freezer meals for my over 90 yr old father in law for years - I use painters tape and marker to label - painters tape comes off easily but seems to stick enough for the freezer

Very helpful. I let the container sit out for 10 minutes. I do scrap the contents flat like you suggest.

Can’t wait to try this! My mixtures don’t seem to get “humpy” if I freeze it without the lid for a few hours.

Thanks for this video! If you already have frozen bananas stored in the freezer, how would you recommend preparing them in the Ninja Creami? Defrost first, mash and refreeze in the Creami container? Would it be too liquidy?

Thanks Kathy, I am looking for a small blender like your that has a jar the same size as the Ninja Creami Delux containers. So I could blend my ingredients and have just the right amount to fill the creami container. Thanks for any suggestions.
