Mr. Muhammad Tauseef Sabih Gondal is currently working as Director Public Relations in Punjab Safe Cities Authority (PSCA), Headquarters, Lahore since November 2020 and managing all media and Public Relations activities of this national security project. Running Pakistan's first Police Web Channel at PSCA along-with dedicated Safe City Rasta FM 88.6 and a comprehensive Media Monitoring Cell.
Mr. Tauseef is Gold Medalist in MPhil Communication Studies from University of the Punjab, Lahore. A proud Ravian (Intermediate) and Formanite (Graduation) as well.
Earlier, he worked as Media Manager in Chief Minister Punjab Media Cell in Chief Minister Office Lahore from December 2018 to September 2020. He have been attached with the Spokesperson to CM Punjab and managing the media engagement strategy for the Punjab Government. Image building of Punjab Govt was the main target along with introducing a new governance model through social media engagement
He was appointed as Information Officer (BS-17) in Directorate General Public Relations, Govt of the Punjab, Lahore, in October, 2012. He served as Public Relations Officer with Minister for Higher Education, Minister for Agriculture, Minister for Energy Department, Minister for Literacy & Basic Education and Advisor to CM for Public Prosecution Department. He was promoted as Deputy Director Public Relations in Nov 2020. He also worked as “Consultant for Youth Engagement” with “The Urban Unit” from August 2016 to February 2017 on the behalf of Information and Culture Department, Govt of the Punjab. Engaged hundreds of young students and entrepreneurs in various programs to highlight Govt of Punjab flagship initiatives.
Mr. Tauseef worked with Samaa TV as a Reporter/Anchor from January 2011 to October 2012. Made more than 500 Package Reports on diversified Topics, Events and Issues. He was nominated as the Best Correspondent in Creative Content throughout the year 2012. He also worked with Weekly Cutting Edge magazine as a Special Correspondent from July 2009 to August 2011. Conducted Interviews of many globally renowned personalities like Imran khan, Ch M. Sarwar, Sri Lankan High Commissioner Jayalath Weerakkody, Senator SM Zafar & Gen Hameed Gul etc. he worked with Dunya TV Entertainment Section as Researcher/ Content Producer. Prepared the first complete Run-Down for Dunya Tv Entertainment Channel in 2010. He also worked with Abacus Consulting as a Quality Executive in TELENOR Pakistan Project from March 2008 to January 2009. Won the Best Employee Award in June and July 2008.
He has taught Mass Communication to BS and MS classes as a Visiting Faculty member in University of the Punjab, University of Central Punjab, and Minhaj University since 2011.
Mr. Tauseed has Trained the Professors/ Teachers in regular training sessions at the Staff Development Academy of Punjab Higher Education Commission since 2019. Dealing with the Life Skills and Communication Skills area where he teach about barriers of effective communication and how to overcome these barriers. He had conducted many Training Sessions and Seminars regarding Media Management, News Reporting, Public Relations and Communication Strategies in UET, PU, LUMS, KC and UCP.
