I know this comment is from 8 months ago but I'll answer just in case :3 for Xiao's elemental burst, he will only lose 2% hp for each attack done since 1 hp is lower than 2% of Xiao's full hp, he won't lose it if any hp Xiao currently has in the health bar is lower than 2% of his full hp then he won't take damage while using the burst my English isn't good so the wording might be strange, sorry about that

The hp drain during burst is based off percentage of remaining hp. So it will never hit 0.
Sheesh and here I am not even going back to dvalin or childe with full hp-

It takes a percentage of current HP. If it were max HP he’d die, but it’s not so it just keeps getting rounded back to 1.
