Beef Bone Stock Ingredients 牛骨高汤配方：
Beef Bone 牛骨： 750g
Beef Rib finger meat 牛腩： 750g
Celery Stalk 西芹:150g
Onion 洋葱：150g
Carrot 胡萝卜：150g
Ginger姜片：2tbsp (12g)
Bay leaves 香叶：3 pieces (片)
Black Peppercorns 黑胡椒粒：1/2tsp (2g)
