All the characters in HxH are just sooo well written. They give you enough to hook you but leave lots of things open to make you just want more. Togashi could write a detailed backstory for literally any character in the whole thing and I would tune Tf in. Any side character, and troupe member, any ant haha. Every character is soooo cool. Hxh is my fave media everrrr haha

love the edit in the middle 😭 and oh for sure, riina has like resting cold face, so they had a bunch of fun with that. as far as I know, that outfit was super uncomfortable (she was literally shedding feathers) and she was stressed over her voice crack. she got a little bit of redemption via like judges saying she stood out in snap and web, but they really leaned into trying to make riina look talentless just because she made one mistake and then learned the ribbon choreo slower... I mean she has long legs of course it would be harder. ps: WHO'S YOUR FAVORITE ACE OF DIAMOND CHARACTER?

@sweetw1tches sort of super, duper obsessed with mei. like it was a downward spiral after he got a hold of me. he's so much fun and him and miyuki have such a fun dynamic (especially like in the all japan match, loved that section). it's such a fun thing to re-watch! I re-read it pretty often (inashiro matches especially).
