You mentioned previously you can move to any state, regardless of which state sponsored you. But with this interview, will you need to attend it then within the state you were sponsored by? Meaning, I am sponsored by Queensland, but have a job in Victoria, will I have to go to Queensland for the interview?
Also, will moving cross state complicate the process of getting PR? As I read its your moral obligation to stay in your sponsored state. Can they not reason you did not honor them so they don't have to honor you?

Hi mate , nice informative video. Wondering how FIFO / fly in fly out work is able to satisfy this visa . Am I able to do a 2weeks on and 1week off roster to a workplace based in NT ? The company provides flights back to Sydney . This satisfies work in regional condition and also partly live in regional condition but am I allowed to spend my week off in Sydney?
These conditions really let me wonder does immigration department even want to encourage people to move to regional Australia at all, treating them like criminals? Similar to longer 485 visa but with no extra incentives. No student, fewer people and fewer 491/494.
People move to Australia for a life with more freedom, not less. I can only wish other types of TR or even any PR doesn’t have similar condition attached to restrict movement in the future.

If I travel home and stay overseas for month a year, would that affect my three years residency requirement on 491 visa to be eligible for 191 visa after? Does it mean that I have to make up for these by staying 3 months more in regional area to be eligible? Can you please clarify ?
Please suggest in this case I am primary applicant of 491 and received grant , now me and spouse enter in Australia as part of first entry visa activation and then i return back to my home country for 5 months stay and let subsequent applicant i.e my spouse continues her stay. 1. In EOI, can I include my father as a family member in a question “Family Member: are there any family’s members the applicant would like to include in a future application?”
2. I am from China and have been in Australia for the last three years for my study. So in EOI, which country I should write in “Usual country of residence”? Australia or China?

Hi we are planning to lodge 494 visa . Previously we lodged 187 got declined and is still under process with AAT. Once we got 187 declined things changed to begin with we found out abt our daughter showing autism symptoms. Company that sponsored us for 187 disbursed. So now new company is happy to help us with 494 visa . But before we apply we have few doubts .
My daughter is not officially diagnosed. So we don't have any reports.
My daughter is going to main stream school since the beginning and is doing quite well. She has severe speech delay . But is really good socialising, joint attention, transitions and physically fit . She gets one on one assistant in school. We got her therapies done for speech for nearly 3 years paid everything out of pocket. She doesn't get any other support .
Now my immigration agent is asking me whether we would like to go ahead lodge for 494.
What should I do ?

This makes contradict with your other video that we can move to any other region throughout Australia.
If one has to attended the interviews then he can't change state.
Hi Pardeep. You are able to live in any designated regional area. If you watch our last video, condition 8578 requires that you update the Immigration Department on if there are changes to your location. If you have done so, they will know where you are and can take an interview. If you have failed to do so then they then will find out through asking you to attend an interview physically. You may also be asked to do the interview over video call, and they may ask for proof of location over video call.

That depends upon your travel movements, but in general 1 year after you gain your PR

Hey! You need to be in designated regional area. You don’t need to be in the same one. Watch out for meeting the income requirement as well. You also need to be compliant with your visa conditions, such as notifying the Immigration Department of changes to your life, which includes where you move and where you work.
