    I start my day with a tall glass of water with lemon and salt. I mixed 3 salts together the Himalayan salt, the Celtic Salt and the Redmond salt in one container that i keep on my counter. Each salt has different composition of minerals so to get the most of all of them i mix them together. Also adding a spoon of good Extra Virgin Olive oil to the drink is good too.

      I clean & fill a pint size Mason jar w 5 heaping tablespoons of Himalayan pink salt (or Redmond salt) & fill it w a good water. I buy reverse osmosis. No need to stir or shake. Let it set all day or overnight. Keep it on your counter, no need to refrigerate.
      Then take 1 T of this salt water from the jar & add to a glass of good water. I drink this thruout an hour or more. Doesn't need to be drank all at once.
      Doug & Stacy Off Grid gave this salt water concoction. Stacy called it
      "Sole-A". It's an electrolyte.

    • @JCX-9
      @JCX-9 Před 7 měsíci +4

      What the doctors are talking about is the processed salt in our foods which has zero minerals or nutritional value. The only salt we eat is mineral salt but we eat at home not outside where we can’t control what is put in our food. Doctors are not educated in nutrition so you only hear what they know. But anybody who knows about nutrition knows that mineral salt like Himalayan salt has important minerals our body needs and in small quantities it will give energy especially for very active people.
