Great insight into superbons training Shane, I'll try these out today at the gym.
I trained at Khunsuek in Aonang Thailand whilst superbon and trainer Gae was there.
I noticed he did a lot of mobility, building strength through the range of motion, hand eye coordination and dexterity excersie.
As well as your strength and conditioning that you would find in any modern mma muay gym. Which was weights resistance bands and callisthenics arranged in a way that was specific for kickboxing.
He also did a lot of pads with trainer gae, basics on the heavy bag and ran every morning and evening.
It was amazing to watch him train 🙏

Hey bro I like your gym set up. Is it at your home ? I turned my Garage into a gym too, I do have everything that would be in any boxing gym, except for the ring.and I also go to a gym to train as well but with work and responsibilities some days I can't go to the gym so I have my home gym to get an equally good session in without having to drive nowhere. I do have a rope I put up from wall to wall that gives me a perimeter to spar and shadowbox etc...and I have a couple heavy bags and a few double end bags ,mitts ,wall pads, speed bag and other good to have pieces of equipment. but yours is way better looking then mine. Your gym looks Clean I have seen your gym set up evolve over the years that I been subscribed to your channel. I remember seeing you wearing braids and you where at a park and you hanged your keys and was slipping the keys like Tyson on his slip bag, and I have seen you go from that to the gym you have today. It's amazing how far you came. And I learned so much from you over the years. I'm a boxer and I like how you keep your videos coming to benefit mma fighters, boxers, kickboxers etc... and as a boxer I never felt left out from learning from your videos, I always get something out of every video.
    Thanks bro
And God bless you and yours

A lot of people were looking forward to Superbon vs Allazov, Tayfun is currently 1-1 in ONE I think and it just doesn't really make sense to put him against Superbon so fast compared to Allazov who is on a winning streak , but I guess it's luck on his side, anything can happen in a fight.
