  • July last year, I hesitantly launched Foodtrepreneurs Month. I shared four negosyo recipes along with a learning topic about running a food business. I was not really sure what to expect. Will you be interested in those? Will it be of help to you?
    Seven months later, I still cannot believe how so many people have expressed gratitude over these videos. Thank you so much for letting me know how I have helped and inspired you. It means a lot to me! Moving forward, I intend to produce more learning videos. Through these videos, I hope to empower and encourage aspiring and growing foodtrepreneurs. I will try my best to discuss concepts or topics that are going to be useful to you and make it as simple and clear as possible.

    Well explained! I re-did my costing and I thought I was losing after watching this sobra pa pala pricing ko. Akala ko talaga lugi, tapos i realized dapaf may sweldo ako and i can determine yung profit na gusto ko kada product. Ang galing. Thank you so much!

    Hello mam,may kulang pa mam, food cost lang ang ginawa mo.. how about price per pc ng polvoron kung magkano dapat ang price pag ibenta ang bawat isa? In 1 recipe ilan ang yield? para makuha mo kung mag kano nagasto sa isang polvoron.. Then plus overhead cost mo.. para hindi ka ma lugi..

    Pano kung bought from grocery store which obviously hindi naman pwede tingi, so like flour, meron lang 450g, 1k, 2k packs? Pano ang costing nya?

      Parehas pa rin po yung way nang pag-compute. Ex. Kung nabili niyo po ang 450g na flour sa grocery for P100, idi-divide pa rin ang P100 sa 450g para makuha ang price per gram =)

      Hi Ashy =) Kailangan mong malaman kung gaano ang nagagastos mo for water, electricity and gas to make your product. From there, same lang ang concept, divide the amount spent by the number of produced goods to get how much ang nagagastos per product. For example, if you spend P500 on electricity to make 300 pcs of cupcakes. You divide 500 by 300 to get how much ang electricity per cupcake and that's P1.66 =)

    Bat iba po yong computation ninyo sa cooking oil and butter, correct me if im wrong po but i thought po na ganito:
    Cooking oil = 80÷1000ml = 0.08x63= P 5.04
    Butter= 45÷1000 =0.045×30=P1.35
    Total : P33. 94
    Po? Iba yong calculation ko haha

      Idi-divide po yung price nung ingredient sa dami ng ingredient to get the cost per unit. Yung oil po ay P80 para sa 1500ml kaya idi-divide yung 80 sa 1500. Yung compound butter ay P45 for 225g kaya idi-divide yung 45 sa 225. Hindi po sa 1000. Yung price ng flour ay dinivide sa 1000g kasi yun yung dami ng nabili sa presyong P50 :)
