Bought the phone 2 weeks ago because of your comments on the video.
It's a regret.
It lacks ...
1.second space feature found in other phones
2. They removed split screen feature including window mode from the phone with no way to add it .
3. The phone gets too hot easily ....Checked their community, and people complained same
4.upon unboxing, they provided a measly 10w charger,the phone and the SIM pin including some paper work. No phone pouch ,earpiece or any any.
5. The miui latest version after updating has bugs with users complaining about front camera not turning on after the upgrades or pic. In my case it's apps just closing up for no reason
6. The 5000mah is just a complete scam. The phone runs down too easily.
Are you for real?? This just discouraged me from considering 13c over spark 20.

For now a lot of us using the device are just praying the new hyper OS comes to us... Else on God.
I even asked their service and feedback about the issues via the split screen and second space feature not being on the phone , the responded that the phone is not designed for such feature and won't be supporting such in future.

I'm also using the phone but the problem I have with the phone is that it doesn't have Freezer or app freeze to enable a user to freeze some certain apps you ain't using . The phone isn't that bad Sha, I'm beginning to like it despite not having a second space.

Redmi 13c it's basically 12c problems fixed, type c , 18 watts then Xiaomi added a beautiful sleek design to it , this phone can comfortably win the best budget back design for the year

@@megalite-unboxingnot sure about how Great the phone is but I will opt for the oppo a58 4g which curiously has the same price tag, a better fhd plus punch hole 6"7 display, same Helio g85 and 33 Watt SuperVooc charging, plus 2 major Os upgrades up to android 15.
Let's be honest, Xiaomi has lost a lot of customers through the years by their shitty updates full of bugs, their cheap Tianma screens which colors fade when using it in broad daylight.
This time, Oppo and Samsung are not playing around and are offering serious budget phones and due to the launch of the new Oppo a series with the a38, a58 and a78 and Samsung with the Galaxy a05s, I sincerely do not recommend Xiaomi phones as they're not budget friendly anymore like it used to be and the 13c will end up as a worthless purchase.....after all, why buy this when you can have any budget phones with a punch hole cutout like the aforementioned Oppo a58 4g which also comes with 256 gb just like the realme c55

It's a good budget phone considering it's price pretty nice specs for gaming and visuals plus a durable 5000mah battery that lasts a whole day and even more no matter the task.

Am still in awe of my Redmi note 9 front camera of 13MP. The back camera is 48MP. I have used my Redmi note 9 since 2021 and I haven't had regrets, follow come charger still working perfectly, everything working well.
I ordered reluctantly for this Redmi 13C and it's arriving in few minutes, but I still can't break up with my Redmi note 9, I am definitely not falling out of love with my Redmi note 9 while I see what Redmi 13C haa to offer 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣.

Methinks, it is a good phone, though the makers are very stingy in not including the earpiece and the pouch in the box. The pouch is very scarce in the market.
Also, I must admit that the battery doesn't last like we have in Pop 8 and Smart 8, but it's still decent, considering the massive screen of the phone.
Overall, I think it is a very good phone. I have deliberately been playing games on it for a long period and it never gets hot. I sold my 7 days old Smart 8 at a give away price, in order to get this phone and I am not regretting it all. Thanks a lot for your review about it.

I have to say one of the greatest improvement on this phone is it's design.. Like God the 12c was wack.. And the performance is okay.. But at least the shld have gone for the Helio g88.. U know to step things up a bit.... And I don't like the display... The water drop notch.. A punch whole wld have been alot better... Well most of all the design is now good..
Trus me, with tis kind of upgrade, 14c will deal with the display issue. But stepping the processor up to Helio 88, no garantee because They are already offering more for less pay.

If the Redmi 13c is available near you, I STRONGLY recommend it over the Tecno Spark 10c. The Redmi 13c has a better design, cpu and camera. 📷.
As for the camera quality, it depends on your definition of Good Camera. The spark 10c is okay for regular users. But for someone who knows what a camera is, it’s a no no no.
And lastly, it has Google app.

About the Helio G85 and unisoc t606 processor.... Please sir can you explain what you said in the video for me🙏
The Helio G85 has almost the same processing power as the UNISOC T616 and T606. The most important difference is that the G85 can handle gaming a little better. Since the Redmi 13c has G85, it means that playing heavy games on this phone won't be a problem.
