    Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken tenderloins
    1 (14 ounce) can of coconut milk
    1 cup shredded coconut
    1 teaspoon pink Himalayan sea salt
    2 teaspoons cumin
    1 teaspoon paprika
    ½ teaspoon powdered garlic
    ½ teaspoon ground ginger
    ½ teaspoon turmeric
    ¼ teaspoon cayenne
    Step 1
    Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
    Step 2
    Soak the chicken in the coconut milk and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at
    least 10 minutes (up to 24 hours).
    Step 3
    Combine the coconut, cayenne pepper, garlic, salt, paprika, ginger, turmeric. Mix
    all the ingredients to combine.
    Step 4
    Remove the chicken from the milk, and evenly coat with the coconut mixture.
    Step 5
    Bake on 400 degrees for 5 minutes,turn the chicken over, and cook for 5 to 6
    more minutes till golden brown.
