    Good info for dad of a sophomore. People need to know most kids need to start juco or sub D1.

    “You went 8 for 13 against what.. 82 mph fastballs?” - As someone who threw 82 mph fastballs in high school that hurt lol 😢😂

    13:00 - I think we need to stop putting so much value on "making it to the next level" for teenagers. Two kids on the team weren't committed to a college team - that only sucks if that's the only purpose of the program. Question is how do we influence that shift in focus, especially when majority of the team is good enough to play college. Seems tough with all the peer pressure and wanting to keep up. Seems like it's gotta start with the way parents and coaches are talking about program values, objectives, etc.
