Tama ka chef, Holland hopia is also our favorite among all the hopias around. My Kuya (from Florida,USA) never fails to bring boxes of Holland hopia back to US whenever they come home(Philippines). Flaky and not too sweet. The best snack..pwede din "midnight snack" !
Hi, Chef! The churros-looking pastry/bicho bicho you saw po (11:40) we call it YouTiao in Mandarin. It'a like a doughtnut and we usually eat it with congee -- we dip it or cut it into small bite-sized and put it as toppings. Some eat it with soups or hot soymilk/coffee. :) It's usually eaten during breakfast (or whenever you like kung saan sasaya ang puso mo as you always say hehehe).
