If you’re talking about collecting the tickets that spawn above jumps, then it’s not patched, it’s just glitchy! Show jumping and Gridwork A are both great for ticket grinding! I use both. When the tickets stop spawning above the jumps, I just switch activities or arenas. That always works for me. It seems to be extra glitchy in private servers to, so that could also be your issue.
For another horse if they bring it this event, maybe it will be like a coat that can go on all of the breeds like the like the valentines, ghost and apple
Try the show jumping method as lemon said u need to go at the breeding hub then go to the arena and select show jumping then there will me the little ticket there on the jump get all of them and then tap again the show jumping and it will reset but ON TRAINING DOES'T WORK ANYMORE i just said cus idk if u know it :) i had 12k and i got 9k ir smt like that in short time! EDIT: IT GOT PATCHED😭
An other way to get tokens is the cross country race in training. You get 600+ after every race plus the training recipes.

One of my friend showed me what they do and they go all the way around mainland harvesting trees around the beach
i suggest going to forest and harvesting trees, i get about 2,000 every 5 mins!
