Never cease to amaze me how you guys can fit all this much information in few minutes. I just watched the whole video and I don't even play mixed doubles...that just show you how much I enjoy watching your videos...very well thought out and very enjoyable to watch 🧠
Ah thank you so much Pat! 🤗 Singles videos coming soon for you, we promise 🤪
🧠 Thanks again. I watched your warm up video last week, and it has proven a game changer for me (I start much better and feel it less the next day). Thanks so much!!
You're very welcome Daniel! And that's great to hear, keep it up 😀
A topic creating confusion all around the world! NOT ANY MORE thanks to you guys 🤩
Thank you so much, glad we could help! 😄🏸
Wow, that was a jam-packed episode, my brain is hurting! Seriously lots to think about, big thanks! Can't wait till the defense video!
I really appreciate this series for mixed doubles. I really enjoy to play mixed doubles and have much love for this discipline. Sadly many players don't get so deep into the communication, tactics of mixed doubles and think mixed doubles is lady all the way at the front, man always at the back. Thanks to Jenny and Greg for explaining the tactics behind this discipline. Kind regards from Germany. I only have love for this channel. ❤🧠🏸
You've answered so many questions that we were asking ourselves in our mixed double for a long time. Awesome content! 👏
Hi Jenny and Greg. This is the most useful badminton instruction video, I've ever seen! I've been playing badminton for 12 years now and nobody so far was able to give such a detailed and well thought explanation of mixed doubles tactics. Thanks a lot for that and keep up the good work! You content is amazing! 🧠
Hello! That’s great to hear 😀 thank you very much 😊
great job guys to provide practical and useful tips!! well done!! and thank you!! =)
Glad you enjoyed it! 🏸😄
I've spent a lot of time watching badminton tutorial videos like this one but rarely leave a comment. Your video is superb and incredible. Thanks for your hard-working, passion and effort put into this. Your channel deserves 1 billion of followers :-) Keep going guys
Thanks for the follow up video!
Greg at 3:04 😂.
🧠
I rly just want to thank u guys I played badminton for 5 years from 7 to 12 but couldn’t play bc of COVID until now ur vids have rly helped me relearn the stuff I learned then and u are helping me play like I used to ur vids are rly informational and help a lot of people trying to get into badminton thanks and keep up the good work :D
Wow thank you so much for the nice comment! Great to hear we’re helping on your way back from covid! 😀
These videos are incredible! Best explanation of simple mixed doubles rotations i've heard in the last few years! Amazing series!!
Another great video Jenny & Greg.
Just also want to thank you for my prizes the shoes look & feel great and can’t wait to get the rackets strung up and let loose on court and I’m watching this video with a cuppa with my badminton insight mug 😊
Ah thank you so much Darren! 😄 Glad you're enjoying the prizes and congrats for being the 100,000 subscriber giveaway winner 😆
Im from Indonesia and indeed we have many good badminton players.. yet we learned it best from you guys so thanks a lot 🧠🧠🧠 and please keep it up 👏👏
🧠 great second part. Had indeed made the mistake of doing a hard return below the net and getting it right back (usually cross court). Now I know I shouldn't be doing that. At the moment we keep a more offensive position to keep the woman at the front, but as you say, this keeps our tramlines open for attack. At our level it's still manageable. Great to know what we need to focus on next. Thumbs up and big lolz with the stilts and your faces when you know you are doing the wrong things on purpose for the video.
🧠 Top notch video, as always. I'm loving these slightly longer ones, and the fact that you're still going into so much detail, rather than trying to cram it all into one video. Thanks!
🧠🧠🧠 Theres an old video series on youtube that i used to learn mixed doubles basics about 6 years ago. But in those videos, there wasnt any explanations at all. At some point, muscle memory and training will teach you all these basics. But there is a deeper "why" that you guys covered here. Thank you for your patience in teaching the "why" and not just the "how." btw im curious if you ask your opponents on the videos to hit you with bodyshots so the "wrong position/move" scenes are so disastrous that it drives the point all the way home haha. Well done guys 👍👍👍
That's great to hear! Thank you for the comment 😀😀
🧠 🧠 watching all your videos! Not only because they help to improve but also because you two are so good in teaching and explaining.
Also massive respect for the hard and long work for all the Videos!
Greetings from Germany, 😌
Pat
🧠 can't recall how many times I have watched this video!! Thank you!
Ah that’s great to hear! We hope it’s helping 😀
Literally the best badminton advice video I've seen. Packed with useful tips. Great work guys! 🤯🧠
Ah thank you so much James! 👏🏼🙏🏼
Not enough to say one word 'Thanks' but u must know u are creating a professional Badminton techniqe to the door step, all around the world. Waiting for next video

Thanks a lot again, Jenny & Greg! I'm using this series to help some players not used to mixed doubles in one of my teams. Great material as always!

Your videos are superb!! Thx u so much for this, I love tactics.
You’re very welcome Paul, thanks for the comment!
🧠 Thank you! I played mixed for the first time in forever the other day and had absolutely no clue what to do
You're welcome!!
please consider this as a brain emoji made of words. nice treatment of a topic with details rarely if ever seen on youtube before. like greg i also find the occasional punch clear to the girl is an effective variation in XD, and especially into the cross court corner. and, you didnt say this but you did demonstrate it, it is optimally effective only if you jump high for the shuttle (as greg did @3:38) just as you would for a smash or drop. when you jump as high as you can for it, a punch clear can be very startling to opponents who are 'dug in' expecting a smash or drop. it would be great if you also had similar videos on attack strategy and advanced rotation for straight doubles. thanks for all your hard work and the great instructionals
I will have to watch that several times. Much much Information. But Thats cool. And I even can approuve my english. Thanks a lot.
You’re welcome! Enjoy 😀
This was one of your best videos yet! Thanks!
Thanks a lot Aditi 😃

Even level doubles pairs have a preferred formation where the more powerful player takes the back and the skillful net player takes the front - look at The Minions for example, or Fukushima/Hirota etc.
Exactly right!
Thank you....from Ireland...subscribed today❤
