Fees and stipend are different as per colleges so it depends in which college you are getting admission. Yes you can definately try for dnb instead of dropping an year.
dnb is best because dnb in orthopedics only needs mbbs plus 3 years only 9 years but md in orthopedics need mbbs plus 3 years md general medicine plus md orthopedics total 12 years dnb korte somoy kom lage dnb is best
