    Is there possibility to apply for EU Blue card after getting HSM visa, once we move to the country? (Let's say I have a job with salary as per required criteria but I have to get my degree evaluated my Nuffic which will take time and I apply for it after moving to Netherlands).

    Hi Tina, You have mentioned salary criteria 2021, 4752 per month for HSM 30 + age, is it after tax reduction or the gross salary. Can you please provide a clear explanation?

      You can only self sponsor the EU Blue Card, not HSM

    Hi Tina thank you very much for your explanation.
    My situation is as follows: I was offered a job offer from an employer in the Netherlands, they applied to my work permit under the highly skilled migrant visa, in order to get the work permit for both me and my husband. While receiving a feedback from the IND, they stated that they will have an answer for my work permit latest end of the week as for my husband an answer will be given latest February. Aren’t we supposed to have the work permit both the same time, what’s the reason of this time difference?

      Hi Hana, thank you! I understood that you got the job and your husband will be in your dependent visa. However, he will also get same rights of work permit as yours. He will be in dependent visa category. So only there is difference for getting the answer from the IND.

I want my mum to come with me to Netherlands. If I go Netherlands she will be alone in my home country. What is the possible visas for my mum. I dont know how to proceed.       Hi Madhav, Yes 30% ruling is available for both HSM and Blue card. The main condition for 30% ruling is you should be hire from outside of the Netherlands.

      Hi Swapnil, Since you are eligible for the work permit so only your employer is applying work visa for you. But first you will get MVV visa. On the basis of MVV visa you can travel to Nethwrlands. And then within one month you will get RP card. RP card you can collect after arriving to Netherlands from IND office. With MVV visa you can stay till 90 days in NL. So only you need to collect RP card from IND. Which your employer is already applying it.

      Every expat get RP card to live in the Netherlands. Every RP card will have different expiry date as per their work permit or visa. If your employer applied for HSM visa then you will get RP card with 5 years of validity.

    Hi,is Netherland local people salary not based on age rule ? so that so many companies are not ready to provide HSM visa to indians as they need to pay minimum 57k for age 30+ persons and they can hire local people with less salary ?please advise ....

      Hi Basha, Yes there is age slab where range of salary is mentioned. Yeah many companies not agreeing to provide HSM to expats. For local people there is no salary and age restriction. Only to acquire visa , there is salary range.

    1. Exact documents before applying VISA and all should be apostille ?
    2. Spouse has to apply VISA with me or they can apply anytime independently ?
    3. Apostille stamps (MEA,HRD, Notary) has to be done on Original certificates ??

      Hi Ashwini, thank you.
      First of all your employer will submit the HSM visa for you. For that you need to submit only passport, marriage certificate if you are married.
      Your family can apply dependent visa any time. Most of the cases your employer will apply dependent visa for you. But there are also the case where you also can apply.
      Apostile stamps needed on the original document.

      This is the only hardest part that we cannot bring our parents here permanently. After citizenship also its very difficult to get them here. But there are loop holes after taking citizenship.

      Hi Ishfaq, Blue card holder also eligible for 30% ruling. Since you will be hired from outside of Netherlands, you will definitely get 30% ruling benefit.

      If someone has a HSM visa and later on meets the criteria for a blue card can they apply themselves? Also does the work experience during HSM+30% ruling retain or get erased?

      Mostly, your employer applies for EU blue card. Once you get 30% ruling, it will retain for 5 years. Even you change your employer.

      Hi, I saw your LinkedIn profile. You still need to update your LinkedIn profile to show your work experience, education and achievements in proper way. Also, need to search job and apply wisely. I believe you didn't do well preparation before sending your resume or applying for a job.
      My advice to you is do some preparation first. Then apply for a job. My advice is also applicable for any kind of job application. Done be disappoint if you don't get call for your application. Just try and try. There is nothing to loose if you try.
      I am not a job consultant. But only advice people and make video as per my experience and knowledge.

      Yes you can travel to Netherlands if you have residence permit card as travel ban from India is removed for RP card holder. I am still not sure for covaxin as it is not approved by WHO. Hence you have to carry your negative test report. I will also suggest to carry your vaccination report with you.

      Hi, Truly speaking it is not easy to get job in Dutch healthcare field. But however, these are the steps:
      1. You must avail a European Nursing degree. If you have Indian nursing degree, you must have to validate your diploma with IDW.
      2. You must have good Dutch language skill.
      3. You must have a valid work permit in the Netherlands.
      4. Then you can send your resume to recruitment@emtg.nl
      5. Then you will be called for interview.
