Chicago started Drill in late 2009 early 2010. Then UK picked it up a few years later then Brooklyn picked it up in late 2015 and Brooklyn drill blew up in 2019-2020 because of Pop. Now 2021 Brooklyn drill died and Bronx picked it up and it’s going crazy right now. Nah the Bronx was the first to start the drill scene in New York back in 2012 Pollo relll started the scene he got locked up and the drill scene in the Bronx slowly die down until about 2018-2019 they just took the dance from pop smoke and elevated it which also pop smoke to the dance from his ops 22 g's the blicky gang and the chos and all them they started the dance which was called the blicky twirl back in 2018-2019 or 2020 or in pop smoke in pop smoke came out in 2021 and stole the whole Blicky twirl dance and call it the Woo walk
