This is a session to help learn about voice issues - those that are temporary and some that are ongoing. In this video you will get helpful information from both professionals and patient advocates. Please note: For clarification, A vocal cord examination is recommended by many experts and guideline consensus statements for thyroid surgery, typically through fiberoptic laryngoscopy. Video stroboscopy may be useful in select cases as a further measure to evaluate voice disorders.
