To be honest some of those kind of plush dolls with the more human like face really creep me out. This one however looks so nice I love her face. The doll is a nice balance of cursed and cute.

OMG! That is my "Doc". I had that bunny when I was 2, and it was my constant companion until she had all of her hair picked out and looked like a rag. I wish I had one like her now. I loved that bunny!

I'm totally with you. I'm not a big vintage plush collector because their fabric and fur is so nasty. I'm definitely more of a kitschy knickknack collector for that reason. She turned out absolutely gorgeous!

You did a fantastic job restoring the rabbit. My husband actually restores Belsnichels, which is a way to preserve them. Using the Cray-Pas to touch up the felt was brilliant. He may try that with some of our old toys. Thanks! BTW, hard to believe it was your first video. You nailed it!

The felt on the feet will dissolve. If you want to be authentic you can make felt to replace the felt with! Lol. How did you get the dirt off her face? Have you tried using a tooth brush on her fur around her face? What's the vest made out of? Have you thought about leather dyes?

@@kitschyflower809 you know what though. I've come to the conclusion that replacing things like that is just fine. That's fabric that isn't supposed to last forever. So, it's ok to replace it. Don't worry about it.

He said Cold water and you can cover the white with Vaseline or Conditioner.

i found two Rushton skunks for $24 each and i want to restore them but im nervous 😳
the white part of their fur is dirty like the bunny in this video, one of the skunks is holding a wire flower made of felt(?) hanging by a thread, they have some dirt/dust/scuff marks on their faces and need a little painting done on their faces (i find that part to be easy since im an artist)
