I feel that having a cost of 200 is the only way to balance this super. Can you imagine if the cost was 150 or even 120? It woukd break the meta and everyone and their mother would be running final explosion. Good on the devs for balancing that shit before it was out.
i think it makes a broken combo with power unleashed because of that. instantly takes guage but the recovery frames afterwords actually keep you transformed allowing you to take a free hit, and you can do it from level 1. This also allows you to final explosion twice at level 1.
I actually won one of my matches with final explosion, everyone’s d-change had ran out and the Time Machine was almost destroyed but almost done and I got my d-change and went over and since the final explosion has a big radius it stopped cell and the Time Machine activated
I think this is a pretty good super attack with a good trade off of 200 bar. It'd be best used with survivors attacking the raider and they'd protect you from your end lag by just attacking the raider. Even if it does hit, you could just escape while survivors got the raider covered. I'd like to run this and Heat Dome Attack whenever I do get these transpheres.
I am not looking forward to heat dome into final explosion combos. At least, the super has pluses and negatives to it. Alot of supers could use that sort balancing to be honest.
I don’t believe Cell evolves fast at this point anymore. It seems like Goku Black and Zamasu get about the same amount of evolution meter per execution that Cell does but they have a vastly better kit than him. Maybe they require one more execution than him but one feels like a chore to play and the other is crazy.
It feels like survivors are getting way better this season a bit too better at first my raider games were good now I can’t go a single raider game without getting key rushed and jumped, like my last one literally lasted less than a minute it was that bad
It should be on SSB Vegeta as well since he used it in Super and survived. SSJ is technically incorrect btw. Even Japan just uses SS. SSJ is a remnant of the early internet when people thought they knew what they were talking about.
Tbh i have unlocked this super and i don't know if it's only me but it's not that Easy to hit, if i don't have any allies helping me i never Land It, and It has to be used at a short range, One time i used It at 30m from the Raider and It didn't Land, could be only me tho

The stun was short probably because he never used breakstrike which would reset the diminishing returns counter for stuns.

This super is better ran with the Resistance passive. The cost is cut down to 150 and the speed boost helps to close in on the Raider.

One time i was rose and there was 2 ppl on stm and when i popped mortal champion on one of the zamasu was across the map and sniped him

The raider may of been stunned a few times prior to you trying yours which allowed him to get out of it faster than normal.
