- In this excerpt from Ajahn Lee's Dhammadharo's "Keeping the Breath In Mind", he shares about knowing the breath inside out. For instance, why is the in and out breath considered stressful? Because we feel uncomfortable when we keep breathing in and breathing out. When we know the stress of breathing, the mind stops clinging onto the breath itself - the disbanding of stress in relation to the breath also means we let go of the fear of not breathing in and out as well as the stress of breathing in and out.

When sit in dark and close my eyes and start breath work, wonderfull colors flow around my inner sight.
That's wonderful. But if you can, stay on the awareness of the colors flowing and not get caught in the colors.
