    A very good and interesting comparison, well done!
    Hard to believe that it is so difficult to engeneer a perfect working throttle.

      Thanks - just to add, I’ve found the cameleon pushes a bit between fingers on a long flight, don’t notice with gloves on. I’m gonna add some padding to it and see how it does.

    hmm, I use the parajet throttle and have done for many years. the cable at the very bottom of the handheld throttle is the throttle cable.similar to a brake cable. or throttle cable on a MX bike they are tough and can bend .its part of the design. everyone is different.some people like this and that... I like the parajet throttle I've had no problems. 12 years flying. and more than enough air hours.

    After 2 years , what throttle you recommend? Why Cameleon didn't hold up ?
    Could you please let me know the downsides of V3 .
    Great review , and only one that I found really.

    Hi Barry, you can release the cruise control on the Cameleon by applying throttle as on the Exo also 😉

      Tried it tonight - no, the cruise control does not release. And I found in between my finger can hurt a bit if using it on a longer flight - going to put a bit of foam on it and see if it helps

    9:20 You mentioned the knob on the cruise control comes loose. The same thing happened to mine. I now can't use the cruise control because of that. Do you know a way to fix this?

    Hi, nice and useful review, thanks. Is the polini the one at 24seconds?

    • @barryrood363
      @barryrood363  Před 3 lety

      It’s a vortex aero one, but the same design as polini

    if you had carpal tunnel, trigger finger and tennis elbow which throttle would you recommend? My hands go numb just thinking about using them. Thanks.

      @barryrood363  Před 3 lety

      you probably want a polini throttle in that case, so you can use your small and ring thinner for throttle control

    Can see why that version is easier to take a rap , version 1 I didn’t like but that looks a lot better 👍
