I don't know much about the economy in Guyana nowadays. The prices are crazy expensive. I work in Brooklyn Park slope one of the most expensive neighborhood and I pay less for much better cooked food with delivery mostly Asian Japanese Thai. I support local establishment like this one and wish them the best of luck.

That salmon lacks the color of a fresh salmon ! Too cool, salmon is one of the easiest fish to cook, any spice will enhance its flavor? I don't want to burst your bubble but that piece of fish should have a slightly pink color,. You're trying to do too much, stop trying to big it up, let the video speak for itself literally.
