    Mangalorian Chicken Sukka is a very popular and Signature dish of Mangalore
    Its a old traditional recipe with most of the spices which give it a exotic flavour
    INGREDIENTS---
    1.5 kg washed chicken
    25 Kashmiri Red chillies
    15 Guntur red chillies
    1\2 coconut fired with turmeric powder
    2 tablespoons black pepper
    3 tablespoons fried coriander seeds
    1.5 tablespoons fried jeera
    1\4 tablespoons fried Fenugreek seeds
    1 tablespoons turmeric powder
    1 teaspoon raw jeera
    15 garlic pieces
    2 medium sized onions (chopped)
    4 tablespoons ghee
    2 tablespoons coconut oil
    METHOD--
    -GRIND THE CHILLIES , CORIANDER SEEDS,JEERA,PEPPER, FENUGREEK SEEDS ,1\2 SPOON TURMERIC IN A MIXER GRINDER
    -separate 1\4 of the powder and mix it with water in a smaller blender and make a paste
    -Add the ghee and oil to a tawa
    - add 1.5 onions ,salt &1\2 spoon turmeric powder and fry it till onions are golden brown
    -add the chicken
    -add the 1\2 onion
    -heat it for 10 mins
    -add the masala paste
    - add 1\2 lemon juice
    -heat it for 10 mins
    - give 2 spins to the garlic , raw jeera & fried coconut in a mixer grinder
    - add the dry masala to the mixer & give it a spin
    -add the masala to the chicken
    - let it cook for 5 mins
    YOUR CHICKEN SUKKA IS READY TO EAT
