My issue is people slating eubank snr for what he's saying he's only recently lost one of his sons. I feel the whole family. He has every right to be scared for one of his other sons. What I mean is conor and eddie think about why he's saying it rather then just slate him. It's not althea weight cut but the rehydration clause that is dangerous they shouldn't have that at all. Listen to bellews interview he's the only one who gave a good answer to why eubank snr said what he said.

The only thing that Benn has going into this fight is his anger and aggression. If he happens to catch Eubank with one of his devastating punches the world may be shocked. But it’s unlikely. Eubank will more than likely outbox him and once Benn gets frustrated and starts throwing caution to the wind, Eubank will finish him off.
His devastating punches have been displayed against cans. He has also had his chin badly exposed by a welterweight journeyman.
Eubank is going to dismantle him.
Devastating punches? He never had it at 140 and he certainly doesn't have it at 157.
At the beginning of this fight being made I was not a fan of Ewbank Jr. but now I am, I just like him and how he has handled himself through all of this. Credit to his Dad. I am sure he is going to win down the stretch

Big respect to both of these fighters for making this fight happen, with the weight difference being sorted out by both parties to entertain the public and continue a legacy these are two true warriors. AJ won't fight someone in his own weight class, a fight that the public demands.

I have to agree with you at the point where anchor mentions that the Eubanks don’t do anything without thinking it through properly, I have to say that Chris Eubank sr is a very intelligent person and also jr is very much like his father aswell, I really hope that after all this talk from Eubank jr and I really really hope he doesn’t lose the fight because that’s gonna be a real down fall, I have to say that Eubank jr is being under rated here in this fight but I think his taking it far too lightly but if Chris Eubank takes it seriously I don’t think Connor benn doesn’t have a chance!!!!!
They’re both fast as fuck. Connor is explosive and dangerous and hungry for it, Eubank has experience and phenomenal work-rate. The most exciting fight of the yr I’d say.

I like Benn Jnr and he’s improved immensely over the last two years, however after a few competitive rounds I expect Eubank Jnr to find his timing and range with short sharp accurate counterpunches, that results in the referee saving Connor from further punishment whilst still on his feet in the sixth!.

Chris speaks about serving your time and doing things your supposed to do first.. most professionals had/have a long amateur career before they turn pro but chris skipped that maybe that's the difference between himself and groves and billy joe saunders when it comes to levels..

It's a unpredictable call for me just because of the catch weight
1. First paragraph on any new contract: weekly drug test to be provided starting at first day of camp
2. Guilty party responsible for all lost revenue of all fighters and actual opponents purse should the fight (evening) have to be cancelled
3. The would be fight is recorded as a defeat (lost) by disqualification and or TKO on their records
4. A ban of a minimum of 3 years and no repeat of the previously planned fight as it has already been lost by TKO
5. If previously in the top 50 then dropped to lowest point of the ranking and start with fights paying minimum purses (i.e fight from ranking 47, 44, or whatever, a jump no greater than 3...upwards) once again.
This for me would be the first paragraph of every new contract, signed by all parties and lawyers, before negotiations should and will actually commence.
The trainers and promoters should also be fined a minimum of 100 000. The promotors to be responsible for refunding all pre paid tickets double, plus cost for hotels, flights, taxies etc of all media personnel and those who can prove that they flew to a venue especially for the specific fight.
If that doesn't stop this nonsense then nothing will.
And raise money for a very good cause

This is the BIG QUESTION.........Who is Conor Benn actually fighting???????? Some say he is fighting a guy called Chris Eubank JR, yet a whole load of folks say Benn is fighting a guy called Eubanks........I am totally confused, as I looked for a boxer called simply Eubanks, no first name etc, just plane old Eubanks, and could find nothing...Zilch...However, there is indeed a fighter by the name of Chris Eubank JR, who is the son of an English boxer, aptly called, believe it or not, English...English is also a well known American sheriff, who lives in Brighton England, who is called upon at times, to travel to the US to arrest certain American criminals and to help keep the US justice system functioning properly...Just a little bit of info here to keep you guys informed...Thanks...PS...On researching the mythical phantom boxer called Eubanks, I found a lead, that led me to consider that Eubanks is particularly an American phenomenon and might actually be an unfortunate mispronunciation of the name Eubank, yet for some obscure reason, has become in the US alone, the actual name of the UK based boxer, named Chris Eubank JR...The US fans, have made Chris JR, a plural of himself...

Benn's always been a welterweight, even in the amateurs. Jr said he fought at 157 or thereabout when he was a teenager which is his lowest weight.
Inclining that this fight would tarnish the names of their fathers is absolutely ridiculous. They are simply carrying on the legacy of their fathers and for that reason it’s got the internet it has. Respect to both families 🥊

Conor Benn is a much better skilful boxer than his dad. He has quick combinations unlike his dad who relied on his power.
He also failed a drugs test for PEDs so now we know why he looked sharp after gaining huge weight. Silly Benn
