    Careful everyone: at 7:22 I write r=0 but say r is NOT equal to zero. What I wrote is wrong while what I said was correct.

    2:00 surely you can create examples more freely. Say the simple example written is AB=0, then any XAP multiplied by (P^-1)BY simplifies to XABY=X0Y=0. It seems the video suggests restricting to the form PA(P^-1) multiplied by PB(P^-1). It feel that conjunction like thus would be necessary if we where trying to preserve an identity on the right, but since we are trying to preserve a zero matrix, we can be much less restricted
