Another tip I have is practice movement, try this drill. Spar with someone but you cannot hit them, all you have to do is move out of the way. The second stage of the drill is you are only allowed to throw counters. These drills will help your movement, speed and reaction. As someone who has done boxing, kickboxing and taekwondo most of my life, I have found these really useful
