Note that there’s a large number of causes for P219a - MAF, vacuum leak, exhaust leak upstream of the O2 sensor, faulty O2 sensor, bad injectors, bad plugs, bad coils. If you’re not seeing misfires, it’s less likely to be failing injectors/plugs/coils.

2017 ford f150 3.5 ecoboost: I had a P2237 (bank 1 sensor 1) code, so I replaced the O2 sensor. After several drive cycles, everything seemed fine. After two weeks. I got a P219A code. The vehicle seems to be diving fine, and is very smooth. I just purchased some fuel system cleaner (Chevron) and hope to see if this helps. But if it doesn’t, I will need to diagnose the issue. Any advice?
Looks like the problem with the fuel was already present it was not throwing code because of the bad o2 sensor. After the sensor changed, it worked and started sensing the fuel lean or rich. Now, you should start checking the air leaks on manifold before the o2 sensor and intake. If all is good, then go with injector cleaning injector cleaner liquid won't do anything
Yes its possible but when engine is misfiring you due to bad o2 sensor then you can check by removing o2 sensor connector (run engine without o2 sensor ) if there is no missing then chances of bad o2 sensor is very low there is also possibility on air intake leaking But start with injectors buy acdelco carburetor cleaner (not injector cleaner) remove injector and dip front end in acdelco carburetor cleaner for 10 minutes then with brush clean gently then dip again for 5 minutes then install it
I have 2016 dodge grand caravan that has p219a code. I changed o2 sensors, map sensor and injectors. I still have the code. No other codes except p219a. Is this code associated with ignition coils and spark plugs? Thanks
No its not due to o2 sensor three most common issues leak air vacuum from intake or injector O-rings , injector need to clean or exhaust gas leak before o2 sensors. Tips, You can use bottle of water with hole in cap then start test air vacuum leak with water with start engine you will hear air water suction sound ( check leak for intake and injector o-ring)
Just clean injector nothing more Remove the injector place in ac delco carburator cleaner for 15 minutes then gently clean with brush. Note : don't use any cheap carburator cleaner other then ac delco otherwise injector will damage and engine will take two to three self to start when cold
@@CarlosElHalabi ended up being a coil pack for me. Even though the code said crank sensor. I didn’t touch/do anything else besides replace the coil pack. Driving and waiting to see if it comes back. The misfire is gone. Everything is normal right now.

Hmm it means you have multiple cylinders issue you also feel engine missing when driving ? If yes then you need proper diagnostic tool open misfire data then drive once you know which cylinder is missing and which is not missing swipe injector between missing cylinder and not missing cylinder For this engine i found many issue Mostly injector Plug Bad head gasket Catalyst converter blocked Bad oxygen sensor

Would a bad crankshaft sensor(p0335) cause p219a and p0302?
These are the 3 codes I have.
Never crack sensor will give you only p0335 no other codes
