Ultimately the goal is to force the chinese and other people that’s (not of African descent) out of business and back to where the are from. My question is, why provide a cooker, washer and dryer and not a fridge? Fridge is a must have, can I get one if I rent one of these? Also, do they accept short term rentals like a month, 2 months or 3?

Ghana apartments & homes require a year's deposit in advance. Is it the same in Uganda? Does 1 BR apartment have Internet connection?
Uganda apartments usually have a 3 months deposit in advance. We don't have a standard policy here, depends on how you negotiate with the landlord. This particular 1 BR doesn't have internet connection but can connect your own wifi.
